Kids Church Permissions

Welcome to Kids Church at Centenary Evangelical! To help us provide the best care for your child(ren), please tell us more about them. This registration is only for children between 3 years to Prep for Junior Kids Church, and Grades 1 to 6 for Primary Kids Church. 

If you have been with us for a while, you may need to update your child's medical information via their profile on the Church Center app. Please reach out to our Kids Church team if you need help.
