Welcome to Youth at Centenary Evangelical! To help us provide the best care for your child(ren), please tell us more about them.

This registration is only for children between Grade 6 to Year 12 joining in Youth activities.

If you have been with us for a while, you may need to update your child's medical information via their profile on the Church Center app. Please reach out to our Youth team if you need help.
